Jeff Davoud

Chief Executive Officer

Jeff has been with ODG since 1997. He spent fifteen years as a business development manager and project manager, and in 2012 was named President and CEO. Jeff’s responsibilities include  overseeing business development, future opportunities, as well as operations of the Old Dominion Group. Jeff guides the future of the company through his innovative outlook and involvement in the construction industry. In addition, he takes a lead role in communication with clients, vendors and owners.

Chris Davoud

Executive Vice President, Operations

Chris has been in charge of Operations since 2005 where he guides the future of the company through his promotion and apprenticeship training, professional development, team building and outreach activities. In addition, he oversees operations for the family of companies under the ODI team. Chris began his career at ODI as a field apprentice in 1989 and rose through the ranks as Foreman, Superintendent & Head of Operations.

Randy Robinson

Co-Owner, VP of Industrial Insulation

A graduate in Engineering from VCU, Randy leads the industrial division at ODI where he lends his decades of experience to some of our largest and most complex projects.  When not on the job, you can catch Randy on his farm where he raises cattle.  Randy is a dedicated ODG partner and has been with the company for 20 years.

William Byrd

Chief Operating Officer

William Byrd is primarily responsible for leading Corporate Development, Strategy and Organizational functions for ODG.  He began his career in investment banking with Harris Williams & Co. before joining the private equity firm The Riverside Company.  William later served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy with L-com Global Connectivity, a private equity backed manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products. Most recently, William worked with the insurance brokerage firm Marsh & McLennan Agency where he was focused on servicing private equity clients and M&A transactions.

Matt Dowdy

Chief Financial Officer

Matt Dowdy is the CFO of ODG and is primarily responsible for the Accounting, Finance and IT functions for the company. Matt began his career with Ferguson Enterprises, where he spent over 32 years managing Finance, Accounting, IT and HR functions for that organization before joining ODG. Matt is originally from Lynchburg and graduated from the College of William and Mary. 

Andrew Cosby

Vice President of Preconstruction

Andrew has been with ODG since 2011 during which time he has advanced in the company into his current role where he leads projects and customer relationships at the pivotal early stages. His determination and commitment to client satisfaction makes Andrew an invaluable partner and leader in the industry. His experience spans projects across the country and market sectors ranging from Healthcare to Education, Government, and Data Centers giving him the knowledge to successfully deliver projects.

Anabella Perez

Director of Safety & Corporate Loss Prevention

Anabella is responsible for making sure Safety is #1 at ODG. To do this, she leads a dedicated team of safety and training professionals who ensure that from day one our employees understand how much we value safety. A native of the Panama Republic, Anabella studied Law, has a BS in Occupational Safety & Health, and is working towards her Masters at CSU. She has been with ODG since 2006.

Nick Ivey

Vice President of Operations

Nicks leads all aspects of ODG’s operating function, maintaining a best-in-class team and ensuring jobs are completed safely, productively, and with the utmost quality. In his role Nick is helps us perform at an even higher level across all the companies. Nick started in the construction industry in 1999 and has managed multiple projects in Virginia including the Virginia State Capitol, UVA, the College of William and Mary, Capital One, Bank of America, VCU, Virginia Tech, and the Virginia Community College system. Nick has been with ODG since 2016.
