ODG Creates New Operations Leadership Role

ODG is proud to announce the promotion of Nick Ivey to Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Nick will lead all aspects of ODG’s operating function, continue to maintain and grow a best-in-class operating team, and ensure jobs are completed safely, productively, and with the utmost quality.

“We’re excited to put Nick in a positon to use his talents to drive results for our internal teams and for our customers,” adds Chris Davoud, Executive Vice President of Operations, “Nick has proven himself to be a valuable operations leader since joining ODG five years ago. He’s a great fit for this role and I’m excited about what the future brings for our organization. I’m also proud that we continue to be able to fulfill our commitment to promoting from within ODG and creating career opportunities for our people.”

Looking ahead to his new role, Nick adds, “I’m excited to take on an even larger role with the Old Dominion Group. Over the past five years I’ve built a high-performing project management team and have seen the positive impact to our growth and added value to our loyal customers. I will be laser-focused on improving productivity at all levels of our operations. I want to thank the leadership team for their support and confidence. Moving forward we will have a positive impact on every job for every customer!”

Nick started at ODG in May of 2016 as a Project Executive. In that role, Nick led the Company’s Project Management Team across ODG’s various service lines. Since then he has driven success for customers on dozens of high-profile jobs in the public and private sectors while also building our internal teams to drive better performance at every phase of the project.
